Recognise what is happening
People do not leave difficult experiences at the door.
An experience from work or outside it can affect concentration, confidence, relationships and how someone feels. Emotion Pathway® gives them a clear point of action.
Emotion Pathway® for workplaces
Emotion Pathway® is practical, trauma-informed organisational training: a self-applied skill employees can use for themselves when something continues to affect them, without needing to disclose, talk through or relive what happened.
Designed to sit alongside your existing EAP, occupational health, counselling and wellbeing provision, not in place of it.
The missing space in workplace wellbeing
Employers have invested in EAP, occupational health, counselling, Mental Health First Aid and wellbeing programmes. Those pathways matter, but they are usually accessed once someone is ready to talk or already struggling. Emotion Pathway® adds practical capability in that middle ground: something people can use for themselves, while every existing route remains available when needed.
A practical workplace response
Recognise what is happening
An experience from work or outside it can affect concentration, confidence, relationships and how someone feels. Emotion Pathway® gives them a clear point of action.
Use something practical
Employees learn the five-stage Emotion Pathway® framework through live explanation, guided practice and assessment. Its complete application remains within protected training.
Keep every support route open
EAP, occupational health, counselling, safeguarding and clinical pathways all remain important. Emotion Pathway® adds a private, self-applied option before, alongside or after them.
Built around the whole organisation
A practical skill for the experiences that affect how people feel, whether they happened inside or outside work.
Trauma-informed understanding, clearer boundaries and confidence in keeping the right support and escalation routes available.
A practical layer within a wider people strategy, informed by senior HR, inclusion and organisational-change experience.
An earlier self-applied option that complements established services without adding another disclosure-led intervention.
Clear boundaries
Practical, trauma-informed learning that gives employees a skill they can use for themselves.
Therapy, diagnosis, or a replacement for EAP, occupational health, safeguarding, counselling or clinical support.
Choice and privacy. Employees are not required to disclose, explain or relive what happened.
Designed for working life
People learn the skill before the moment it is needed, then choose for themselves when and where to use it.
Live half-day training gives participants the complete framework through teaching, guided practice and practical assessment. The 2.5-hour core session is followed by Q&A, with an overall booking of approximately 2.5–3 hours.
Cohorts of up to 40 allow questions, guided practice and observation. Delivery can be planned around working patterns and organisational requirements.
